We do also offer traditional marketing with a fixed price valuation but to achieve the best price in a defined timeframe we recommend using “Set Sale” or “Sale by Tender”.

Set Sale

Our "Set Sale" programme simulates the urgency that a rising market creates.  Combining our unique "Buyer inquiry Range", "Open House" inspections and "Sell by Date" we can sell your property in 21 days or less – without reducing the price.

Your property will be marketed using our Open House inspections to generate stronger interest and encourage fair competition as buyers will be aware of other interests in your property.  As a vendor this also saves you time and hassle as you have plenty of time to prepare your home to meet all prospective buyers at once.

A closing date will be stated for interested buyers to make a formal offer by - and to spur hesitant buyers into action! It is then down to our skilled negotiation to achieve the best price possible for your home in a positive and honest way.

As the seller, you have the luxury of being able to choose the most appealing offer at the end of the Set Sale period.

Sale by Tender

Sale by Tender is widely used to sell property in the UK. We recommend this method for properties that offer wide appeal to many buyer categories. It is most effective on very high value properties where the buyer’s personal and emotional requirements can override normal investment calculations.

The property is advertised without a price and the marketing is designed to achieve maximum exposure attracting sealed bids before a defined date.

Viewings are Tailor made to suit the Vendors requirements and are normally a mix between “Open Houses” and private inspections
